So, let me just say, the shower head? A++. Truly the best I’ve encountered in any hotel stay, & the lighted bathroom mirror was excellent too. Made getting ready a little better, even though the overall experience wasn’t anything to rave about.

You’d think you’re paying a premium price, but in reality, the quality doesn’t match up.

The hotel was a great choice for our big family trip, especially with my three grandkids who loved the clean rooms and comfy beds. Plus, we enjoyed a fun day at the nearby Green Tree Golf Course, which was perfect to unwind together.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy at the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Surestay Plus Hotel by Best Western Hesperia. The room we stayed in, a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, was incredibly spacious and had cozy bedding. The mini-fridge and microwave were convenient for our family snacks, and the flat-screen TV kept the kids entertained. Our favorite part was the fantastic complimentary breakfast, which had various choices to start our day off right!

Unexpected comfort in chaos

Surprisingly comfortable room amidst the hectic environment. The bathroom facilities were well-kept and made for a relaxing stay despite the external noise.

Unfortunately, check-in was chaotic and inconsistent, with a long wait and a disorganized front desk. Also, the excessive noise from the nearby road made sleep difficult.

The beds were comfortable, and the location provided great access to nearby shopping and entertainment, including Scandia. However, the check-in experience was off-putting due to rude staff and long wait times, especially after a long drive. The bathroom was poorly maintained with a clogged sink and a dripping tub, making basic hygiene a challenge. Despite pet-friendly policies, the lack of cleanliness in the room was disappointing.

Comfortable Stay with a Family-Friendly Environment

Our family enjoyed a pleasant night at this hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast—especially the pancakes and fresh coffee! For future guests, the Hole-in-One donut shop nearby is worth a visit.

I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room Roll Shower Disability Access. The shower was excellent for accessibility. The location was close to shopping and dining options. Staff were accommodating and helpful when needed. A decent place for a short stay. 😊

It was just a smart choice for a brief hiatus in Hesperia with all in all brilliant value for money. The non-smoking room was surprisingly fresh without a lingering smell. Just be ready for a simple stay, nothing luxurious.
